Hierapolis and the white travertines of Pamukkale
Your private guide and driver meet you in Denizli for the short drive to Pamukkale. Explore Hierapolis, a Greek and Roman city built around healing hot springs: its grand theatre, the vast necropolis and the streets that linked its baths and temples. Then walk on the white travertine terraces of Pamukkale, within the areas the site currently allows.

Aphrodisias: the city of sculpture
Drive to Aphrodisias, one of the most rewarding archaeological sites in western Turkey. See the Temple of Aphrodite, one of the best-preserved stadiums of the ancient world and the carved reliefs of the Sebasteion, and find out why its marble workshops were famous throughout the Roman Empire. The site museum, subject to opening arrangements, holds some superb sculpture. Return to Pamukkale.

Laodicea and departure
Visit Laodicea, a rich trading city of the Roman province of Asia and one of the Seven Churches of Revelation, with its colonnaded streets, theatres and early church. Then a private transfer to Denizli Airport or another agreed drop-off point.
