Arrival and Mustafapaşa
Your driver meets you at Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport. Begin in Mustafapaşa, once the Greek village of Sinasos, whose carved stone mansions and churches tell of its multicultural past. A gentle first afternoon in a Cappadocia few people know.
Overnight in Cappadocia

Soğanlı Valley and rural Cappadocia
Spend the day in the Soğanlı Valley, far to the south, where painted rock-cut churches line two quiet valleys and walking paths lead from one to the next. Lunch in a village, and look out for the little rag dolls the local women are known for.

Underground cities and hidden valleys
Visit a less crowded underground city such as Özkonak, then walk through a quiet valley of rock formations and abandoned cave houses. Your guide adapts the route to the distance you like to walk.

Local experiences and departure
A final morning in the region: try your hand at a pottery wheel in Avanos or explore one more village, depending on your flight time, then a private transfer to the airport.
